Care Giver Support Group – Rescheduled Date

Happy New Year! Due to the holiday, the Caregiver Support Group will be meeting on January 8 this month instead of January 1.

The Caregiver Support Group meets the first Wednesday from 12-1 p.m. and meets at the Clinton Christian Church at 1201 E. Ohio Street.

This support group is for families, partners and other caregivers of adults with healthcare needs such as Alzheimer’s, stroke, Parkinson’s and other chronic debilitating health conditions. The group offers a safe place to discuss the stresses, challenges, and rewards of providing care for a loved one. You can meet people who may be going through a similar experience. Participating in a support group can help reduce stress, validate your experience, and provide connection and support.  Most important, you’ll find out that you’re not alone.
