Clinton, Mo. – (April 2, 2019) – Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare (GVMH) has announced that DeeAn Beavers is the April GVMH Staff Member of the Month. DeeAn has been an employee of Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare (GVMH) since October 2016 and currently works as a barista/cook in Food and Nutrition Services.
Coworkers nominated DeeAn and had the following to say about her:
“DeeAn has a great attitude. She is constantly smiling, positive and pleasant. She makes me feel like a movie star by always remembering my favorite drink.”
“DeeAn works hard to provide great service to her customers and coworkers. She was complimentary of our recent AIDET training and managed up Amanda Baggett, patient experience coordinator who provided the training to other employees.”
“Committed to her customers, DeeAn makes sure everyone receives excellent, timely service. She personalizes each and every encounter by remembering personal details about people and asks about them.”
“DeeAn consistently uses people’s names when she greets them. What a great way to make them feel cared for!”
In addition to being named Staff Member of the Month, DeeAn was given a flower bouquet, $100.00 gift certificate and her name will be engraved on a plaque to be permanently displayed in the hospital. DeeAn is also one of 12 finalists for the 2019-2020 Staff Member of the Year award.
