Clinton, Mo. – (Sept. 1, 2021) – Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare (GVMH) has added a Patient Concierge service.
The Patient Concierge is a convenience service for patients and their families that is dedicated to enhancing the patient experience at GVMH.
The program is designed to provide a single point of contact to act as a navigator to proactively engage and assist people during their visit. The Patient Concierge assists patients to and from their vehicles, directs them to registration and helps patients get to where they need to go, whether it is an appointment, to pay a bill, or visit a friend or family member.
