Clinton, MO. – (Jan. 26, 2023) – Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare (GVMH) is pleased to announce the promotion of Jessica Henderson to Chief Human Resources Officer.
In her new role, Henderson will serve on the executive leadership team and work to develop and execute the human resources strategic objectives of the organization. She will also lead the Leadership Development Institute (LDI) planning team which plans and organizes quarterly leadership training meetings and co-chair the Staff Advisory Committee.
Henderson began her employment with GVMH in June 2021 as the Human Resources Director. Prior to joining GVMH, Henderson worked at Fitzgibbon Hospital for 10 years as the Human Resources Director, Human Resources Manager and Recruiter.
