Clinton, Mo. – (Dec. 9, 2021) – Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare (GVMH) is pleased to announce that Michelle Parmalee is the December Employee of the Month.
Parmalee has been an employee of GVMH since February 2018 and currently works as a Medical Records Coder in the Health Information Management department.
Coworkers who nominated Parmalee say that she always demonstrates professionalism throughout her work and communicates well with patients and peers. Parmalee is also quick to help others and has spearheaded many benevolence projects within her department and the community.
As the Employee of the Month, Parmalee received a GVMH gift and her name will be engraved on a plaque to be permanently displayed in the hospital. She is also one of 12 finalists for the 2021-2022 Employee of the Year award.
