Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare (GVMH) is pleased to announce that Sherry Stewart is the December Employee of the Month.
Stewart has been an employee of GVMH since 2015 and works as a Telephone and Admitting Clerk in Registration. In her role, she is responsible for registering patients in the Emergency Room and Outpatient setting. She also makes overhead pages and answers the phones at the switchboard.
In her nomination, it stated that she has a positive attitude, always interacts with patients and staff in a positive manner and is an extraordinary team member that goes above and beyond every day.
As the Employee of the Month, Stewart received a GVMH gift and her name will be engraved on a plaque to be permanently displayed in the main campus. She is also one of 12 finalists for the 2023-2024 Employee of the Year award.
