Clinton, MO. – (Nov. 3, 2022) – Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare (GVMH) is pleased to announce the promotion of Glorya McQuitty to Director of Medical/Surgical and ICU.
In her new role, McQuitty will manage the daily operations and staffing of the Medical, Surgical and ICU departments. She is also responsible for reviewing programs, policies and procedures to improve efficiency for patient and employee satisfaction.
She began her employment with GVMH in 2014 as a Licensed Practical Nurse, then became a Registered Nurse and has since held various leadership positions, most recently as the Assistant Director of Medical/Surgical and ICU.
“I am thrilled to have Glorya as the new Director of Medical/Surgical and ICU,” said Lynnette Hayes, Chief Nursing Officer at GVMH. “She has been a GVMH employee for eight years and I am confident she will easily transition into her new role and provide exceptional leadership.”
