Clinton, MO. – (Feb. 1, 2024) – Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare (GVMH) is pleased to announce that it now manages its Emergency Department internally and employs its providers directly.
“We are delighted with this change,” said Brandon Crispi, Emergency Department Director. “This is beneficial to our patients as it creates a stronger alignment across all our providers, which leads to better care and outcomes for our patients. It also means that our Emergency Department services are now in-network, which allows us to provide more streamlined billing. Our patients will now receive one statement for their services and can call the GVMH Billing Department directly if they have questions.”

He has an excellent group of physicians and nurse practitioners, plus a solid staff of on-call employees that are available to us as needed for additional coverage,” said Crispi. “Dr. Alford has done an amazing job bringing the team together and improving throughput of our patients.”
