Clinton, MO. – (April 10, 2025) – Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare (GVMH) is proud to recognize Josie Terry as its April Employee of the Month.
Terry has been a dedicated member of the GVMH team since 2021. She began her career as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the Oncology Department and has since advanced to the role of Financial Counselor. In this position, she plays a vital role in assisting patients by explaining insurance policies, verifying coverage and guiding them through pre-authorization requirements for procedures, tests and treatments.
Terry was nominated for this recognition due to her compassionate nature, unwavering dedication and commitment to GVMH’s Behaviors of Excellence. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that patients receive the highest level of care and support.
As Employee of the Month, Terry received a special GVMH gift, and her name will be permanently displayed on a commemorative plaque at the main campus. She is also one of 12 finalists for the 2025-2026 Employee of the Year award.
