Clinton, Mo. – (March 10, 2022) – Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare (GVMH) is pleased to announce that Kelly Willard is the March Employee of the Month.
Willard has been an employee of GVMH since April 2018 and currently works as a Charge Nurse on the Medical/Surgical floors.
Coworkers who nominated Willard say that she is honest, trustworthy and a proactive problem solver. Willard also displays a positive attitude when communicating with others, assists patients when help is needed and is a strong leader and mentor to her peers.
As the Employee of the Month, Willard received a GVMH gift and her name will be engraved on a plaque to be permanently displayed in the hospital. She is also one of 12 finalists for the 2021-2022 Employee of the Year award.
