Clinton, MO. – (May 9, 2024) – Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare (GVMH) is pleased to announce that Brett Simshauser is the May Employee of the Month.
Simshauser has been an employee of GVMH since 2021 and works as Skilled Maintenance II in the Engineering Department. In his role, he does a variety of activities such as testing and inspecting non-patient care equipment, he assists with events like Career Night and MASH Camp and installs wayfinding signage for patients.
In his nomination, it stated that he is meticulous, reliable and has an exceptional work ethic. Simshauser does high quality work, is flexible, takes initiative and is always willing to take on additional responsibilities to support the organization.
As the Employee of the Month, Simshauser received a GVMH gift and his name will be engraved on a plaque to be permanently displayed on the main campus. He is also one of 12 finalists for the 2024-2025 Employee of the Year award.
