Clinton, Mo. – (Nov. 9, 2023) – Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare (GVMH) is pleased to announce that it is launching a new pay statement and pay options to benefit its patients.
The new pay statement has been reformatted to make it easier for patients to read and it itemizes each date of service.
A new bill pay portal is also being launched. The portal will have a user-friendly interface and patients will be able to see the balance due on the site. Patients will also be able to opt in for text and email statements, which will enable them to pay from their phone.
Self-service pay plans will be offered as well. These plans allow patients to set up a pay schedule online through the portal at any time.
Additionally, GVMH is implementing an interactive voice response automated phone system. This is an automated phone system technology that allows incoming callers to access information via a voice response system of pre-recorded messages without having to speak to a person. Callers can also utilize menu options via touch tone keypad selection or speech recognition to have their call routed to a patient representative in our Business Office.
