Clinton, Mo. – (Nov. 9, 2023) – Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare (GVMH) is pleased to announce that Dave Roberts is the November Employee of the Month.
Roberts has been an employee of GVMH since 2022 and works as a Security Officer. In his role, he is responsible for protecting patients, visitors and staff and ensuring that all GVMH property is safe and secure. Roberts also assists with training new security personnel.
In his nomination, it stated that Roberts is well-respected amongst his peers, has a can-do attitude in everything he does and consistently takes on additional tasks to help others as needed. Roberts promotes peace and harmony through his presence and does a great job making everyone feel secure.
As the Employee of the Month, Roberts received a GVMH gift and his name will be engraved on a plaque to be permanently displayed in the main campus. His is also one of 12 finalists for the 2023-2024 Employee of the Year award.
