Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare Announces Rachelle Babin as Executive Director of Quality and Accreditation

Clinton, MO. – (April 17, 2025) – Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare (GVMH) is pleased to to announce the appointment of Rachelle Babin as its Executive Director of Quality and Accreditation.

In this key role, Babin will oversee all aspects of GVMH’s quality improvement initiatives, ensuring patient safety, regulatory compliance and the highest standards of care delivery. She will also lead efforts in infection control, maintain accurate department records and drive continuous improvement across the organization.

Babin is a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive experience in clinical quality, patient safety, accreditation and performance improvement. She has a proven track record of leading large-scale change initiatives, achieving stakeholder alignment within complex organizations and driving data-driven decision-making through Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Her expertise in regulatory compliance, high reliability and change management has been instrumental in enhancing healthcare systems.

Babin earned her Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Baker University in Overland Park, KS, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Creighton University in Omaha, NE. She also has accreditations as an Certified Executive Coach (CEC) and Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher (CMMT) from the University of Texas at Dallas.
