Clinton, Mo. – (Sept. 8, 2021) – Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare (GVMH) is pleased to announce that Jaunette Baumgarden is the September Employee of the Month.
Baumgarden has been an employee of GVMH since April 2004 and currently works as a biller in the Patient Accounts Department.
Coworkers who nominated Baumgarden say that she is the go-to person when questions or concerns arise with billing software. They seek her out because she is courteous, dependable and always willing to help. Without hesitation, Baumgarden adjusts her schedule to meet with coworkers and helps them become more confident in their work.
As the Employee of the Month, Baumgarden received a GVMH gift and her name will be engraved on a plaque to be permanently displayed in the hospital. She is also one of 12 finalists for the 2021-2022 Employee of the Year award.
