Clinton, MO. – (March 13, 2025) – Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare (GVMH) is pleased to announce that Skyla Wray is the March Employee of the Month.
Wray has been an employee of GVMH since 2008. She started as a Medical Records Assistant in Health Information Management and then transferred to Human Resources, where she has advanced through several positions. In 2021, she transitioned into her current role as Benefits and Compensation Specialist.
In her nomination, Wray was recognized for her outstanding contributions to the team. She consistently shows a positive attitude and a strong work ethic and supports her coworkers by offering guidance and encouragement. Her leadership as a trainer has impacted others' professional growth, and she is valued for her willingness to help and positive influence.
As the Employee of the Month, Wray received a GVMH gift and her name will be engraved on a plaque to be permanently displayed on the main campus. She is also one of 12 finalists for the 2024-2025 Employee of the Year award.
