Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare Announces the Promotion of Casey McCartney to Director of Provider and Employee Engagement

Clinton, MO. – (Feb. 6, 2025) – Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare (GVMH) is pleased to announce the promotion of Casey McCartney to the role of Director of Provider and Employee Engagement.

In this newly elevated position, McCartney will be responsible for driving initiatives that actively engage providers and staff with the goal of improving job satisfaction, fostering a positive work environment and enhancing patient care quality.

As Director of Provider and Employee Engagement, McCartney will oversee the development and implementation of programs aimed at strengthening the connection between employees, providers and the organization. Her responsibilities will include assessing engagement levels through surveys and focus groups, designing initiatives to improve work-life balance, promoting leadership development and facilitating transparent communication across all levels of the healthcare system.

With a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Missouri Southern State University, a Master of Professional Studies in Human Resources and Employment Relations from Pennsylvania State University and a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification, McCartney brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her new role.

Her background in human resources and her deep understanding of healthcare dynamics uniquely position her to lead GVMH’s engagement efforts.

In her new capacity, McCartney will focus on creating a culture of open communication, teamwork and continuous improvement that aligns with GVMH’s mission to provide exceptional healthcare with friendliness and compassion. By encouraging collaboration across departments and championing change management, she will work to enhance both employee and patient satisfaction while improving organizational performance.
