The Gold Seal of Approval is a symbol of quality that reflects healthcare organizations’ commitment to delivering safe and high quality care to patients.
To earn this accreditation, organizations undergo an unannounced, thorough on-site review of the quality and safety of care being provided to patients. Because of the focus on the direct care of patients, staff involvement in the on-site review is vital.
