Clinton, Mo. – (June 23, 2021) – Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare (GVMH) is pleased to announce the promotion of two members of its leadership team, Rachel Boyles and Christine Faulconer.
Boyles has been promoted to Executive Director of Service and Experience. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the departments for Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation, Home Services, Information Technology, Patient Experience and Therapy Services. Boyles will establish and execute strategies to help achieve short and long-term departmental goals and assist with driving operational improvements, as well as growth and key performance indicators. She will also focus on exceptional customer service and provide strategic direction to support patient experience across the organization.
Faulconer has been promoted to the Director of Quality and Risk where she will coordinate, develop and initiate strategies related to performance improvement, infection control and employee health. She will act as a consultant to staff, providers and contracted services to understand, implement and evaluate quality assurance and performance improvement activities as well as risk mitigation. Faulconer will also oversee all quality and infection control staff to achieve accordance with current applicable guidelines and standards, while maintaining accurate and complete records.
