Clinton, Mo. – (April 23, 2019) – Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare (GVMH) will be providing free sports physicals to students in Osceola, Clinton, Windsor and Warsaw.
To participate in Osceola, Clinton or Windsor, please schedule an appointment for your student athlete with your primary care provider or use our walk-in services as available during the month listed below:
Golden Valley Medical – Osceola: May
Golden Valley Medical – Clinton: July
Golden Valley Medical – Windsor: July
In Warsaw, GVMH will provide sports physicals at the middle school on May 9. High school students will be seen from 9-11 a.m. and middle school students will be seen from 1-3 p.m.
