Clinton, MO. – (Jan. 12, 2023) – Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare (GVMH) is a proud provider of the Show Me Healthy Women program that offers free cervical and breast cancer screenings to women who meet age, income and insurance guidelines.
To qualify for the program, women must have an income at or below 250 percent of the federal poverty level for household income, be ages 35 to 64 or older if they do not receive Medicare Part B and have no insurance.
“Show Me Healthy Women serves about 10,000 women each year across Missouri,” said Laura Noble, FNP-BC. “The screenings have found more than 200 breast cancers and 70 to 90 cervical cancers.
