Clinton, Mo. – (Dec. 30, 2021) – The Golden Valley Memorial Hospital Foundation recently held its Lights of Life Fundraiser Ceremony to celebrate, honor and remember loved ones. Through this campaign, the Foundation raised $2,000 for the SHARE Pregnancy and Infant Loss Support Group.
Each year, the Lights of Life Fundraiser gives the community an opportunity to support local organizations while celebrating loved ones. For each $20 donation, a star ornament is engraved and added to the hospital Christmas tree. These ornaments are displayed throughout the holiday season and then given to donors.
“We are truly grateful for the support of our donors,” said Sarah Duncan, Foundation Director. “Because of their generosity, we were able to raise funds for local families who have lost babies during pregnancy or infancy.”
