Clinton, MO. – (March 28, 2024) – Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare (GVMH) is pleased to announce new promotions of two staff members.
Melanie O’Neal has been promoted to Director of Clinical Services at the Clinton Clinic. In this role, she is responsible for leading, planning, directing, monitoring and improving the overall clinic performance to achieve excellence in the delivery of daily operations. O’Neal will also engage staff and cultivate a positive culture that prioritizes kindness and patient-centric care. Prior to this position, O’Neal worked as the Employee Health Nurse.
“We are delighted to have Melanie in this role,” said Savanna Facklam, Executive Director of Ambulatory and Telehealth Services at GVMH. “I know that she will provide exceptional leadership throughout the Clinic.”
Hayli Wade has been named Director of Birthing Center. In this role she will be responsible for the administrative management of the Birthing Center on a 24-hour basis. Wade will oversee performance improvement activities, infection control guidelines and safety measures. Previously, she worked as the Assistant Director of Birthing Center.
“Hayli will do an outstanding job as the Director of Birthing Center,” said Lynnette Hayes, Chief Nursing Officer at GVMH. “I am confident that with her background and skill set, she will be an asset to our patients.”
