Schedule Update at Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare
Please note the following changes to our schedule for Wednesday, February 19: • Medical Plaza in Clinton (Clinic, Walk-In Clinic, Lab and Imaging): Opening at 10 a.m. • East Campus in Clinton (Orthopedics, Podiatry and Neurology): Opening at 10 a.m. • Clinics in Osceola, Warsaw and Windsor: Opening at 10 a.m.
All other services will open at their regular scheduled times. If your appointment needs to be rescheduled, we will contact you directly. Please call 660.890.7300, if you have any questions.
Welcome to the myGVMH Health Portal, your secure, online health management tool that allows you to access your medical information 24/7. Get updates on everything from test results and patient visits to current and past medications, as well as messaging to and from your physician. You will be notified via email when any new information has been added into your myGVMH Health Portal account.

How to Access myGVMH Health Portal
Once you have provided an email to Registration, you will receive an enrollment letter via email.
In the email you receive, click on the temporary link and select a new login ID and password and define your security questions.
The temporary link is good for 30 days. If you are unable to complete enrollment within that timeframe, please use the sign-up link.
Enrollment
To enroll, please use the Create Account tab. You must use the same email address you provided us during your visit so that it matches what we have on file for you. If we do not have an email address on file for you, you will not be able to self-enroll.

Additional Information
Through the myGVMH Health Portal, you will have access to information related to services you received on or after December 1, 2018. However, you may request information from Health Information Management at any time, regardless of the date your received service.
Your information will be available within 36 hours of service.
You will be notified if any new information has been added into your myGVMH Health Portal account via email.
