If you need government or other outside assistance, our social workers will meet with you privately to evaluate your needs and connect you with resources. They act as an advocate for you, providing information about lodging, transportation and home care services, as well as financial and medication assistance programs. They can also help you with applications for Social Security Disability and Medicaid and refer you to community resources.

Our Therapy Services team will help you manage any physical complications of your condition and treatments by helping you improve your functional abilities, alleviate pain, minimize fatigue and improve your overall quality of life.
Rehabilitation options include the use of assistive devices, orthotics and prosthetics, as well as joint and soft-tissue pain injections, mobility exercises and patient education.

Located inside the Bourland Cancer Center at our Main Campus, our Care Closet is dedicated to helping cancer patients overcome appearance obstacles with dignity and style. Services include bra and wig fittings. The Care Closet also provides breast forms, post-surgery bras and camisoles, as well as a wide assortment of clothing and accessories.
