Our Social Services department is available to assist inpatients, outpatients and community members. To assist with recovery, our staff will complete a comprehensive assessment of the social and environmental factors related to the patient’s illness and care, evaluate the patient’s home situation, financial resources and help the patient access available community resources. These resources may include in-home healthcare services, home medical equipment, post-acute care providers and community social service agencies.
