Kyle Adkins, Chief Operating Officer at Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare (GVMH), has nearly 30 years of healthcare experience and has been a member of the Executive Leadership team for more than 15 years.
He manages the four multispecialty clinics, Ambulatory and Telehealth Services, Cancer Center, Imaging Services, Laboratory, Outpatient Treatment Center, Pulmonary Services, Scheduling, Therapy and Ambulance Services and oversees all physician recruitment efforts. During his time at GVMH, Adkins has driven all of the clinics through the patient-centered medical home accreditation process and has been instrumental in the clinics receiving the highest level of recognition.
Prior to joining GVMH, Adkins served as the Chief Operating Officer at MedEvolve Inc. in Little Rock, Ark., where he built and managed a support team and worked to adapt standard advisory service methodologies, resulting in additional support revenue, a more stable product and the expansion of their client base across the country. He also functioned as the Implementation Director for Medical Office Management Systems in Little Rock and implemented a new program to improve trainee retention and better customer satisfaction.
Adkins earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Information Management from Arkansas Tech University and is a Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) through the National Medical Group Management Association (MGMA). He was the president of the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) Missouri chapter for five years, a member of the board of directors for the Missouri Association of Rural Health Clinics (MARHC) for three years and the past president of the Greater Clinton Area Chamber of Commerce, Clinton Christian Academy and Clinton Rotary Club.
