Lynnette Hayes, Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) at Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare, has more than 30 years of healthcare experience and a proven track record in nursing leadership, patient care, and staff development.
Her expertise spans many areas, including Emergency Services, Home Services. Nursing Services, Medical/Surgical/ICU, Quality and Accreditation and Social Services.
A key driver in advancing GVMH’s capabilities, Hayes was instrumental in launching the Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE) program.
Before joining GVMH, Hayes held the position of Associate Chief Nursing Officer at HCA Healthcare's Regional Medical Center at Bayonet Point, where she provided executive leadership to over 200 employees. Her career also includes serving as a Senior Clinical Consultant at Cerner Corporation, leading operational and clinical efforts for a $4.5 million footprint project.
Hayes earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Avila University and her Master of Science in Nursing Leadership from the Research College of Nursing, where she received the prestigious Dean’s Award. She holds Executive Nursing Practice (CENP) certifications from the American Organization for Nursing Leadership (AONL) and as a Forensic Nurse Examiner from the International Association of Forensic Nurses. Hayes is an active member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and the American Organization of Nurse Executives.
