Molly Teichman is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare, where she drives operational excellence and fosters scalability across the organization.
With a deep background in healthcare, she is instrumental in aligning GVMH's strategic goals with efficient operational practices. Teichman oversees key departments, including Environmental Services, Information Technology, Materials Management, Physician Clinics and Surgical Services. Her leadership is integral to GVMH's growth and to improving employee engagement, retention and service line development.
Prior to joining GVMH, she served as Vice President of Operations at Menorah Medical Center in Overland Park. Under her leadership, the Center achieved significant improvements in service line performance, patient experience and organizational efficiency.
Teichman holds a Master of Arts in Mass Communication and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from the University of Central Missouri.
