Rachel Boyles serves as the Chief Ancillary Officer (CAO) at Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare, bringing more than 15 years of healthcare experience to the organization.
In her current role, Boyles oversees various critical services, including Food and Nutrition Services, Imaging, Laboratory, Oncology Services, Patient Experience, Pulmonary Services, Scheduling. She also leads the Health Equity initiative across the organization and our Innovation Committee.
Boyles began her career at GVMH as a Physical Therapist and has progressively taken on roles with increasing responsibility. Her leadership journey includes serving as Director of Rehabilitation and Wellness, Executive Director of Rehabilitation and Home Services, and Executive Director of Service and Experience.
Boyles holds a Bachelor of Health Sciences, a Master of Physical Therapy, and a Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of Missouri. She is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) and is dedicated to patient advocacy through her leadership of the Patient Family Advisory Council (PFAC).
