Rachel Boyles, Chief Service Officer at Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare (GVMH), has more than 15 years of healthcare experience. In her role, Boyles manages Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation, Food and Nutrition Services, Information Technology, Materials Management, Patient Experience and Social Services. She is also the organizational lead for Health Equity.
She started her career at GVMH as a Physical Therapist and has held numerous roles with increasing levels of responsibility, including Director of Rehabilitation and Wellness, Executive Director of Rehabilitation and Home Services and Executive Director of Service and Experience.
Boyles earned a Bachelor of Health Sciences, Master of Physical Therapy and Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of Missouri. She is also a Fellow of the American College of Health Executives (FACHE) and leads the Patient Family Advisory Council (PFAC).
