Clinton, MO. – (Oct. 24, 2024) – Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare (GVMH) is pleased to welcome Madison Fiene as its new Ambulatory Registration Director.
In her new role, Fiene supervises daily registration operations, recruits and trains staff, monitors registration processes for data accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulations, implements and optimizes registration systems and oversees billing and insurance verification processes. In addition, she ensures compliance with healthcare regulations, privacy laws and reporting requirements and continually identifies opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
Fiene received a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Management and Bachelor of Science in Business Healthcare Management at Western Governors University, Salt Lake City, UT. Prior to joining GVMH, she worked as a Patient Access Supervisor at Baptist Health Lexington in Lexington, KY.
